Terms of Service

Article 1 (Applicability & Consent)

Users are deemed to have agreed to these terms when they complete a reservation.

Article 2 (Conditions of Use & Driving Qualification)

1. Drivers must hold a valid driving qualification for Japan. Acceptable documents include a Japanese driver's license, an International Driving Permit (with home-country license), a foreign driver's license (with official translation/passport as required), or a U.S. military ID (with driving license). Verification will be conducted individually based on applicable regulations. 2. To facilitate the check-in process, users are encouraged to submit a digital copy of the required driving documents via email prior to the tour (optional). Please note that the original valid driving documents must be presented at the tour location; failure to present them on-site will result in the inability to participate, and no refund will be issued. 3. Under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., participation is strictly prohibited without refund.

Article 3 (Cancellation & Changes)

1. Users may cancel or change reservations according to our cancellation policy. The exact cancellation charge varies by plan and is clearly shown on the reservation screen. 2. In cases of bad weather, equipment trouble, or other safety-related issues deemed unfeasible, the tour may be cancelled, and prepaid fees will be fully refunded.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following activities: 1. Violating traffic laws. 2. Deviating from the designated route or engaging in dangerous driving. 3. Intentionally or negligently damaging the rental mini-EV. 4. Disobeying the guide's instructions. 5. Using smartphones, cameras, or other electronic devices while the vehicle is moving.

Article 5 (Disclaimer & Compensation)

1. If the user causes an accident through intentional or negligent actions, the company is not liable for damages beyond the insurance coverage. 2. Users must compensate for any damage caused to the company or third parties due to legal violations or dangerous driving. 3. In cases of force majeure where the tour cannot be provided, the company is not responsible for anything beyond refunds (e.g., travel or accommodation costs).

Article 6 (Weather-Related Suspension & Refunds)

• If the tour is cancelled before departure due to weather, a full refund is provided. • If the tour is cancelled after departure, no refund is given. • Users may voluntarily cancel for personal weather concerns; standard cancellation fees (as shown per plan) apply.

Article 7 (Insurance & Compensation Details)

• The company maintains auto insurance for its rental vehicles. The scope and limits of coverage shall be subject to the terms of the insurance policy. • Standard deductible: ¥50,000 for property damage and vehicle damage per incident. • Non-Operation Charge (NOC): ¥20,000 if the vehicle is returned under its own power, ¥50,000 otherwise. • The optional "Zero-Deductible Option" (¥1,000) exempts the user from the above deductible and NOC. *The above provisions are provisional pending the finalization of the insurance contract.

Article 8 (Health & Dress Code)

• Participation is prohibited for users who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, pregnant, or have health conditions that could endanger safe driving. • Footwear such as sandals, high-heels, or thick-soled shoes is not allowed.

Article 9 (Photo & Portrait Rights)

Photos or videos taken by staff during the activity may be used for promotional purposes (website, SNS, brochures). Users may request non-use before the activity starts. This clause is independent of the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these terms is the district court of the company's principal office.
